GR-ASP™ or Graphical Representation – All on the Same Page is a new project methodology that combines the contract documents + the project organization (aka stakeholders) + the project life cycle = into a special flowchart called GR-ASP™.
The presentation will set the stage for why projects have room for improvement, discuss how contracts miss the big picture, discuss why we cannot fix what we cannot see and go "upstream" to fix the systems that caused the problems in the first place. We will go over the GR-ASP formula, outline the three steps of GR-ASP, development, identify problems and turn them into opportunities, and create an action plan to solve each problem. We will provide examples of problems that GR-ASP has resolved, review how we collaborate with stakeholders, discuss our software simulation model, reveal the benefits of GR-ASP, summarize the applications, and talk about next steps to implement GR-ASP. Gary has 44 years professional experience including 32 years managing engineering projects in Light Rail Transit (LRT), highway, building construction, power systems, emergency services, and municipal infrastructure. He also has over 10 years experience managing organizational change in academia, petrochemical, IT, business development, telecommunications, and for the federal government.
