Lucie Parrot est ingénieure industrielle et présidente de Martin Parrot depuis 24 ans. Elle a une très grande expertise en Management de la valeur et est impliquée dans l’animation d’études de la valeur, plus de 300 ateliers au Canada et à l’International. Elle est Certified Value Specialist et Fellow de SAVE international. De plus, elle enseigne l’ingénierie de la valeur à l’université McGill à Montréal et à l’Université de la valeur à Genève. Ses clients sont dans tous les secteurs d’affaires tel que les mines, le manufacturier, le rail, le traitement des eaux, les ponts et routes, les infrastructures urbaines, mais aussi en TI, en développement de procédés et processus, et en développement organisationnel. 

Stephen is an experienced VE specialist and facilitator who grew MTO's VE program into the most successful public agency VE program in Canada.  He has applied Value Analysis,  Risk Analysis, and Decision Analysis techniques to infrastructure, strategic planning, policy, and decision support. He has been recognized within government and by Value Societies for his accomplishments in innovation, risk analysis and value management.

Mme Martin est impliquée en management de la valeur depuis 10 ans. Elle a complété avec succès les formations VMF1 et VMF2 et se prépare à passer la certification CVS.  Mme Martin a coanimé des ateliers sur différents sujets, autant Affaires que Technique. Elle est associée chez Martin Parrot Inc. et est impliquée dans les études réalisées par cette entreprise qui effectue des ateliers à travers le monde.

Dr. Sarang is the Founder and CEO of DEVNEX Solutions Inc., a development management firm based in Ontario, and has been a board member of Value Analysis Canada since 2018. He is a civil engineer, real estate development professional, and business leader with over two decades of experience across the Middle East and Canada. His work has focused on the planning, development, and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ranging from small-scale infill developments to large, multi-phase urban projects.
 

He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and Executive MBA at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Amin's global impact includes training over a thousand professionals in value engineering and development practices, supporting both public and private sector organizations in improving project outcomes  and leading cost-saving Value Engineering workshops. He has taught at the university level for over a decade, supervised graduate students, and contributed to research in engineering and value optimization.

 

Rakesh currently works for Metrolinx, an agency of the Government of Ontario.   Previously, he worked for the Ministry of Transportation, Ontario for over 13 years. Rakesh has served on the Council of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), board of Engineers Canada and was appointed to the board of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited (FBCL), as part of the recent Governor in Council (GIC) appointments made by the Government of Canada. 

Rakesh also served as the membership director of the Greater Michigan Chapter of SAVE International and has been involved in the Value Society SAVE International. 

Damien vient du monde des TI et de la construction en tant que gestionnaire de projets clients et gestionnaire de produits. Il détient une maîtrise en génie des systèmes informatiques et a plus de 20 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets d'ingénierie majeurs. Il détient la certification PMP depuis 2010. Il a participé entre autres au projet de construction du Nouveau CHUM ainsi que le projet MSCR de modernisation des systèmes de contrôle de réseau de Hydro-Québec.

Damien a un diplôme d'ingénieur de l'école des Mines de Nantes et une formation en gestion de projets de l'université McGill. Il a obtenu sa certification Value Design Fondation (VDF, du Value Design Institute) en 2025 et rejoint l'équipe de Martin-Parrot à Montréal en début 2026.
